Santa Clara 越裔社群義工：不會雙語也可先向 VAR 查詢 | Asking VAR about volunteering in Santa Clara ... English Asking VAR about volunteering in Santa Clara County Vietnamese American Roundtable describes volunteering through cultural events, voter education and bilingual outreach, connecting first- and second-generation Vietnamese communities with Santa Clara County. Its page explicitly welcomes people who are not bilingual, so limited Vietnamese alone should not prevent an initial inquiry. Email hello@varoundtable.org with your available times, preferred tasks, languages and transport needs. Ask about the next orientation and activity arrangements. The website also lists 408-418-6070 but warns that calls are less likely to be answered, making email the more practical starting point. An interest or outreach registration is not a job offer, confirmed shift or guarantee that a school will recognize service hours. Cultural festivals and summer programs have their own dates; not every program description announces an activity this month. If you hope to help with translation, reception or youth activities, confirm the role's requirements before providing relevant information.
