德州 Legacy 就診：網上預約與費用資格評估分開處理
Legacy Community Health 的官方預約頁提供 MyChart 及訪客入口。已有帳戶者可登入；尚未使用 MyChart 的新舊病人可按訪客方式查看適用項目。不是所有服務都能網上安排，未列出的項目可致電 832-548-5000。
診所較希望病人先預約，直接到場只按有限名額處理，不能保證當日看診。有保險者首次就診應帶附照片證件及保險卡；沒有保險者應先詢問 Eligibility Specialist 所需文件，而不是把網上選到時段當成費用已核准。
官方明確說明服務並非免費，但符合條件者可申請按收入調整的收費安排。各地點的服務及時間不同，出發前核對診所地址、語言協助和可能自付額。本文不判定個人補助資格，也不保證某種治療或同日名額。

Legacy in Texas: separate appointment booking from payment eligibility
Legacy Community Health's appointment page offers MyChart and a guest route. Existing account holders can sign in; new or returning patients without MyChart can use the guest option for listed services. Not every service can be booked online, so call 832-548-5000 for an option that is not shown.
The organization prefers appointments and accepts walk-ins only on a limited basis. Same-day care is not guaranteed. Insured first-time patients should bring photo identification and an insurance card. Uninsured patients should ask an Eligibility Specialist which documents are needed, rather than treating a selected appointment time as approval of financial assistance.
The official FAQ says services are not free, although qualifying patients can receive sliding-fee arrangements. Locations have different services and hours. Confirm the address, language assistance and possible personal charges before travelling. This guide does not determine eligibility or promise a particular treatment.
