San Diego 非學分進修：免學費不等於沒有材料或考試費 | San Diego noncredit study: free tuition and other... 官方資料：https://sdcce.edu/become-a-student/free-tuition.html English San Diego noncredit study: free tuition and other possible costs San Diego College of Continuing Education offers noncredit study, including English and career-skill options. Its official guidance says these courses are tuition-free, without general enrollment, registration or orientation fees. That does not make every possible expense disappear. Depending on the program, books, tools, uniforms or optional certification examinations may cost extra. Transportation, childcare and suitable technology can also affect a learner's budget. Review the actual course requirements and schedule before estimating the commitment for a term. Start through the official application route, set up or activate mySDCCD and then enroll in classes. Some programs also require orientation. For help finding the correct new-student contact, call 619-388-7323. Noncredit study should not automatically be treated as transferable degree credit, and neither employment nor a place in the current class is guaranteed. Checked October 2, 2026.
