柏克萊工具借用：先確認住址資格，再查工具與借期 | Borrowing tools in Berkeley: check eligibility and the tool - INL3 消費權益台 - 10-02-2026 柏克萊工具借用：先確認住址資格，再查工具與借期 只為一次家居工程購買工具前，可先查看 Berkeley Public Library 的 Tool Lending Library。 English Borrowing tools in Berkeley: check eligibility and the tool catalogue For a one-off home project, Berkeley Public Library's Tool Lending Library may be worth checking before buying equipment. Eligibility is limited to qualifying Berkeley residents or property owners over 18; living elsewhere in the Bay Area does not automatically qualify someone. The library lists 1901 Russell Street and 510-981-6101. Read its Borrowing Tools instructions before a first visit, prepare the required identification and address evidence, and check the catalogue, loan periods and return rules. A catalogue listing is not confirmation that a tool is available today. Make a short list of the job and equipment you need, then ask about availability or reservations. Borrowing does not include contractor services or instruction for every task. Confirm that you can use the equipment safely and follow library rules. No item is being sold or reserved through this post.
