Free scholarships are available to a limited number of qualified adults. This is not a GED examination; discuss whether the program fits your education or work goals with staff. Applicants must be at least nineteen, live in Los Angeles or work for the City of Los Angeles, and hold or be willing to obtain a library card. People who already have a high-school diploma or equivalent are not eligible. The page says U.S. citizenship and a transcript are not required, but the program's application steps still apply.
