It does not treat people under 18. Find it at 1807 Water Street, Kerrville, TX 78028; call 830-895-4201 or email raphael@raphaelclinic.org. Request an intake interview through the official website or call about enrollment. Staff check income, residency and insurance status. Enrollment and eligibility documents must be completed before appointments can be scheduled. The clinic does not accept walk-ins, and an intake request is not a confirmed medical appointment. For qualified patients, clinic visits, mental health screening and provider-prescribed medicines obtained through the PAP assistance program are listed as free. If outside tests or services are needed, ask the clinic about arrangements and any costs the patient may have to pay; do not assume all outside care is free.
