達拉斯 Du Chau 展覽:以瓷器與鋼琴線串起越南移民的家庭記憶 | Du Chau at the Crow Museum: Vietnamese migrati... Du Chau: Tracing the Threads of Memory English Du Chau at the Crow Museum: Vietnamese migration and family memory in porcelain and piano wire Du Chau: Tracing the Threads of Memory runs at the Crow Museum of Asian Art’s Dallas Arts District location from April 4, 2026 through March 14, 2027. Vietnamese American artist Du Chau uses porcelain and piano wire to explore memories of childhood, family, food and plants, connected to his migration from Vietnam to Texas. The exhibition introduction highlights Seeds of Memory, which combines new and existing components to explore the accumulation of growth, labor and personal memory. Visitors can look at how forms repeat with slight variations and how suspended wires connect objects. These observations can prompt conversations between children and adults or across generations about food and family stories. This is a guide to an existing exhibition, not a report of a new opening. The correct address is 2010 Flora Street, Dallas, TX 75201. The official visitor page states free admission and regular hours of Tuesday through Sunday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m., with closure on Mondays and major holidays and possible additional closures for events or weather. Recheck arrangements before travelling or call the museum at (972) 883-6430. The museum also has a UT Dallas campus location in Richardson; this Du Chau exhibition is not at that site. The historical entrance image accompanying this guide should not be mistaken for a photograph of the 2026 exhibition.
