買車看 IIHS 評級：年款、出廠日期與頭燈都要核對 | Using IIHS ratings when buying a car: check model yea... 查閱日期：2026-10-07（America/Vancouver）。 / San Francisco street parking photographed in 2006; automotive context, not an IIHS test or recommended-vehicle list. · Wikimedia 縮圖，INL3 未另行修改 / Wikimedia thumbnail, no further INL3 edits. 圖源 / Photo: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Parking_SF_street.JPG 授權 / Licence: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Parking_SF_street.JPG English Using IIHS ratings when buying a car: check model year, build date and headlights When comparing a new or used car, use the IIHS shopping guide to build a shortlist, then open the relevant model-year ratings for crashworthiness, crash prevention and headlights. Award criteria change over time, so read the applicable model year and award conditions instead of relying on the vehicle name alone. Some awards and recommendations cover only vehicles built after a specified date because a design changed during the model year. IIHS recommends checking the manufacturing certification label, usually on or near the driver door. Also match the headlight configuration described in the rating to the vehicle under consideration. IIHS evaluates performance; using LED, HID or halogen technology does not by itself guarantee a good rating. Families transporting young children can examine LATCH ease-of-use ratings. These concern finding and attaching to child-restraint anchors, rather than the vehicle's crash-test result. Use the information for comparison, without treating an award as a guarantee of safety in every circumstance.
