Book through the app, official website or 951-633-2629, normally up to seven days ahead; vehicles cannot simply be hailed. Trips with both ends served by the applicable Route 28 or 44 stops must use those fixed routes. Service is Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and weekends, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. It does not run on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
