Standard curb-to-curb service runs within three-quarters of a mile of OC Bus service, with corresponding operating hours; coverage is not countywide around the clock. At the review date, OCTA says OC ACCESS Online is unavailable. Call 877-628-2232 to book, change or cancel. Regular trips must be booked one to three days ahead. Reservation hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., and weekends/holidays, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Have the ACCESS identification number, date, exact addresses, desired pickup or arrival time, and mobility-aid or companion needs ready.
