紐約計程車遺失物：用收據、車牌及 311 追查 | Lost property in a New York taxi: trace the trip with re... English Lost property in a New York taxi: trace the trip with receipts, vehicle details and 311 For an item left in a TLC-licensed vehicle, contact the owner or booking company first. A known taxi licence number can be checked through Taxi Lookup on the official page; app or base bookings should be traced through the original company. You may also contact 311 online or by phone. Gather the trip time, pickup and destination, driver and vehicle details, item description and value, payment method and fare. A receipt helps identify the trip. Drivers unable to return an item directly must take it to a designated police precinct. Inquiry updates are usually available within two business days; this is not a recovery guarantee. TLC does not request a complete credit-card number, although staff may ask for its last four digits.
