Its sixteen-county area includes Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton. Check the NCTCOG page for the location and Texas-registered vehicle requirements rather than treating this as a nationwide or statewide reporting channel. When safe, record the plate, date/time, vehicle type and location, then use the official form or call 817-704-2522. Do not use a phone while driving or pursue a vehicle for evidence.
