Texas residents applying through ApplyTexas to undergraduate programs at public Texas institutions qualify, including first-time and transfer applicants. Graduate applications are excluded. Applications must be submitted between 12:00 a.m. CDT on October 12 and 11:59 p.m. CDT on October 18. Starting a form without submitting it in that window does not qualify. Prepare residency classification, school choices and required information now. If a program closes earlier, do not miss its admission deadline while waiting for the fee waiver.
