官方頁內介紹影片（計劃概覽，非目前庫存）：https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyoHEQIonRY English Sports Basement Pre-Loved: understand what happens to rejected trade-ins Sports Basement's Pre-Loved program considers equipment the retailer has carried, subject to age and condition requirements. It does not accept every sporting item for credit. The page specifies goods less than ten years old, complete and clean without odors or damage; helmets and climbing-safety equipment are among excluded categories. Complete the official form and use the store entry or designated counter. Crucially, rejected goods are not returned: they are donated or recycled. Decide whether that outcome is acceptable before handing over something valued, rather than treat the process as a freely reversible appraisal. Assessment depends on season, inventory and condition. Eligible compensation is store credit, not cash, and used merchandise is sold at specified locations rather than guaranteed at every branch. The official page's introduction video explains the program but is not today's inspection record for a particular item. Read current terms before delivery; acceptance and value remain subject to the retailer's decision.
