English Houston Furniture Bank outlets: public shopping is separate from assistance Houston Furniture Bank's resale outlets are open to public shoppers, with proceeds supporting its furnishing-assistance work. Shopping and applying for free furniture are separate activities; a charitable name does not mean every visitor can collect goods without payment. The South outlet is at 8220 Mosley Road, telephone 713-842-9771. The page's upper section lists Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., while its footer says closing is at 5 p.m.; confirm before travelling. The footer separately identifies the North outlet at 5900 North Freeway, number 127, telephone 346-352-4174, not a replacement address for South. Available items and prices depend on actual stock. Measure rooms, doorways and transport space and ask about condition, collection and delivery before buying. Furniture donations follow a separate acceptance process; submitted photographs do not confirm pickup. This post offers no particular sofa or bed and does not present the page's older holiday-closure notice as this week's schedule.
